4. Pricing and Promotions

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We occasionally run promotional offers such as the 3 for 2 discount.

3 for 2 Discount Terms:

• The lowest-priced item in your cart will be automatically discounted at checkout.
  
• If you return the free product, no refund will be issued.
  
• If you return one of the paid products, your refund will be adjusted to account for the full value of the free product.
  
• All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

METL LDN reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

5. Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of purchase. Express will be shipped within 1 working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

6. Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  
• Proof of purchase is required.
  
• Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team after you contact info@metl-ldn.co.uk.
  

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

7. Shipping Protection

If you add shipping protection to your order, your purchase will be covered against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Without shipping protection, cover is provided up to a value of £75.

Claims for protected shipments should be made by contacting info@metl-ldn.co.uk within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

8. Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products on a pre-order basis. Placing a pre-order means you are purchasing an item before it is available for immediate dispatch.

• Full payment is taken at the time you place your pre-order.
  
• Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page or in your confirmation email. These are estimates only and may change.
  
• You will be notified by email once your pre-order has shipped.

Cancellations and Changes

• Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase by contacting info@metl-ldn.co.uk.
  
• After this window, your pre-order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled while production is underway.

Returns on Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order products are eligible for return under our standard 30-day return policy, starting from the date the item is delivered to you.
  
• If you placed a pre-order as part of a promotion (such as a 3-for-2 offer), the same promotional return rules apply.

Delays

While we aim to deliver all pre-orders on time, production or shipping delays can occasionally occur. We’ll communicate any significant changes as soon as possible.

Delays do not entitle you to a refund prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed by METL LDN.
