If your item tarnishes, fades or breaks, we will replace your item free of charge.

Please email a photo of the item and your order number to info@metl-ldn.co.uk. Please allow 5-10 business days for your request to be processed.

Please note, our Lifetime Warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen or intentionally damaged.
