If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

To initiate a return please email info@metl-ldn.co.uk stating your reason for return and your order number.

Customers are responsible for return costs, however in the unlikely case an item is faulty we will reimburse the amount. Please send your return via a tracked service and be sure to keep your receipt for proof-of-postage.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your request once we've received it.
